This book was produced from the notes of Woz and Randy Wiggington.  All of the pages in the book were basically photocopies of the notes, over 300 pages of them.

Only 1 copy of this book is known to exist in the wild today.  It is owned by Toru Izumi of the Apple2world.  No other copies have been seen in 15 years since he acquired his copy.
