Only 1 Issue of Call-A.P.P.L.E. was produced this year with Kathryn Grimson pushing the efforts on it.  It was labeled Winter 1980 and was largely the efforts of the original circle of A.P.P.L.E. to let it die a graceful death.

As Val J. Golding wrote in the final issue, "all things must come full circle".  it was the only time Val had been involved since his departure in 1984.
